Please join us at a reception for Zanmi Lakay’s Community Photography Exhibit! This is a chance to see a collection of photographs taken by our incredibly talented Haitian students over the years, including images from after the 2010 earthquake, and our first annual Jouk Li Jou Kan Foto/Youth Photo Camp in 2011.

Student photographers from our partners Art Creation Foundation for Children (ACFFC) in Jacmel and Kole Zepol in Cité Soleil will be represented along with older work by Haitian street children.

Jakub Mosur, one of our amazing and generous volunteers, will be debuting his wonderful video shot during our 2011 Youth Photo Camp! It’s all about student Michou Joissaint of ACFFC, and how our Photography Workshops have affected her life.

Zanmi Lakay is excited to have the opportunity to share this work in our hometown! The exhibit will be up through the month of January.
